As a union company, we are able to recruit and retain the top employees in the industry. All of our technicians have completed and passed or are enrolled in the National Elevator Industry Education Program (NEIEP). To ensure the safety of our employees and the tenants of each building, all of our technicians are required to obtain at a minimum, an OSHA 10 Certificate. Quality Elevator Company also employs and supports Qualified Elevator Inspectors (QEI). We provide regular training to our office staff and field personnel to maintain QEI Licensing. We are confident that our experienced technicians and staff possess the knowledge and skills required to perform and exceed your service expectations for all vertical transportation equipment.
24/7 Availability: Our telephones are manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. After normal working hours, Quality Elevator's local answering service will dispatch the on-call mechanic as necessary. Quality Elevator provides a back-up mechanic to assist with emergency calls. Quality also provides a supervisor after hours who is able to facilitate emergencies situations as they arise.
Extensive Parts Supply: Quality Elevator stocks an extensive inventory of original manufacturer replacement parts in our local warehouse. Quality has the ability to store multiple elevator modernization and construction installations in our bonded and insured warehouse when necessary. Quality Elevator remains stocked and ready for our client's needs.
