1960: Crews performed upgrades to the Monument's elevator during the 1960 modernization.

 

2014: Quality Elevator's crews made repairs/adjustments to the elevator after a 5.8 magnitude earthquake occurred 84 miles southwest of DC in 2011, damaging the Monument.
